A SNEAK PEAK AT SOME OF OUR HOMES

Attention: Please, if you have a question or comments, the "Next Door," app is not the place to interact with the board. We do not follow that app. You can click on the "HOA" icon, at the top of this page, and email us. We will respond quickly to you. Thank you.

Jan. 2022, the OKC City Council, approved raising Chickens and quail in City Back Yards. Their ruling DOES NOT supersede our homeowner's covenant: We do not allow Chickens, quails, or other wildlife to be kept on any lot.

Article X - Animals - No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any lot in the Addition for commercial purposes. Furthermore, no animals, livestock, or poultry, may be raised, bred, or kept on any lot for other purposes without the approval of the Board. ***The board is not approving any livestock, or poultry of any kind to be raised, bred, or kept on any lot in the addition.

From OKC: "Neighborhoods with covenants against raising chickens or quail are not required to allow them and may privately enforce their covenants through legal means."  Our By-laws apply to all renters and leasers of property in our Neighborhood.

The Oklahoma City Council Members lowered the street repair budget from 2.5 million dollars to 1.5 million dollars. We were told they are only allowed to repair streets that are considered not passable. If you have potholes or large cracks in the area of your home, please download the OKC Connect app on your cell phone. You can take a picture of the pothole or significant damage and send it to them where you find the street/drain section and your address.
